My second account was Florists' Transworld Delivery, my task here was to take phone calls (Inbound), all customers wanted to purchase different kinds of flowers and different arrangements. I had different tasks here, if the customer would like to purchase, I can process an order on my end or process a refund if requested, and update billing information.
