I am aware that there are a bunch of applicants applying but honestly, I possess all the skills and experience that you’re looking for. We had a quota every week and gladly I was able to hit quota. I looked for a prospective client that I can convert to my sales. However, I got a job right away as a Lead Generation with an Australian Client, I searched for customers anywhere online and call them using a dialer. Just this year, I decided or started to work as a freelance Appointment Setting, I was campaigning HVAC in the US, I worked for a month there cause the management was not solid. I can process a refund, however, I had to ask questions to provide other subscriptions of the Mcafee service that suits their needs or budget. Getting a bunch of phone calls (Inbound) and customers requested a refund, so my task here was to persuade the customer. I processed the orders online and made sure that I had the correct information of the customers, my last account was Mcafee, I was with a Retention account. My second account was Florists' Transworld Delivery, my task here was to take phone calls (Inbound), all customers wanted to purchase different kinds of flowers and different arrangements. I had different tasks here, if the customer would like to purchase, I can process an order on my end or process a refund if requested, and update billing information.
